Approval of Resolution to transfer funds from Metro Express, Inc. to Straightline Engineering Group for Sidewalk Repairs in the amount not to exceed $66,974.80.

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Resolution in the amount not to exceed $66,974.80 to Straightline Engineering Group, under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
